File Preparation Notes
Details are very important for us to be able to produce your signage correctly and quickly.Â
Material
High-quality materials for every application - indoor, outdoor, temporary or permanent.

Images
Be sure to attach all images when sending your project ideas.
Document Size
Design your files/artwork to final production size whenever possible. If scaling is required, clearly note the intended final dimensions and scale ratio within your order details.
Fonts
Many versions of fonts exist. If your project contains fonts needed in the design, they must be included or converted to outlines to prevent substitution issues.Â
Notes on Raster Images
Any raster images inside designs should be 100-150 dpi at full size for closely viewed prints, and 75-100 dpi for prints viewed from a distance. Keep in mind that the print will only be as good as the original. Be aware that if you copy your logo or image from your website, it probably doesn’t have enough information to reproduce it any larger than the size that it is on your screen without noticeable image quality loss.

Files cannot exceed 500 MB. We accept the following file types:

Color Mode
Use CMYKÂ for all print-ready files
RGBÂ files will be converted and may result in slight color shifts
Large Format
Providing vector artwork when applicable eliminates additional design time and helps ensure a faster project turnaround.
